Mindset Makers is the brain child of Upendra Sir as to address issues in coaching fields in his own ways. This platform has a wide team of Alumni from IITs, NITs, BHU, JNU and Other Central Universities. The important feature is ‘Individual Mentoring’. It provides better opportunity for students to talk to their teachers, to discuss with their seniors from above Institutions regularly. As an UPSC aspirant, we need a different strategy if preparing with optional from science. The most beautiful thing is if you have a clear plan / roadmap with this combination then you have a better opportunity to get a top rank.
So is there any sigma rule for this strategy! The answer is yes in some sense. You must keep yourself isolated from the thought process where people have negative thoughts about choosing Science Optional. Yes, it happens in this UPSC preparation zone because there is a definite gap of mentors with equal interest in GS, Essy and Science optional/s. mentors who are dealing Sciences optional, they’re mainly experts of their domains and mentors who have good command over GS and Essay, they generally tend to ignore entertaining much over such optional. This results into continuous disturbance in keeping balance between three components.

Upendra Sir has completed his Master’s and Research from IIT Delhi, 2011 Batch. He has started passionate teaching as the career for himself since the year 2013 itself. It was always fascinating for him to become a Guide for students aspiring their future in Higher Studies. As he himself done very well in examination, so started his teaching career from there only. He has guided students for IIT JAM, TIFR, NBHM, CMI, NET-JRF, GATE and other MSc entrances in Mathematical Sciences. As Upendra Sir has gone through various highly competitive examinations as a student-guide and he continuously worked on “Right Way To Prepare”. His Teaching Methodologies are based on Systematic Learning and focused on the demand of Examination. As a Mentor for UPSC since a long, he has inculcated skills to
work on Individual Mentoring as his exceptional attribute. He is also part of Policy Making with Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and developed his own model of Governance. He has also helped students in their interviews through his Interview Guidance Program for Higher Studies. Due to his affection towards profession, many students found helpful ways to reach to their dream institutions.
